The Canadian Research Knowledge Network has rebranded! Following a preview at the 2019 CRKN Conference, we are pleased to officially launch our new brand image, developed with design agency Trajectory. Our new logo, composed of interconnected lines in the shape of a maple leaf, represents CRKN’s nationwide membership and our commitment to providing access to knowledge through digital infrastructure. The rebranding also includes a new logo for the Canadiana collections in a fresh colour palette of green and teal.
In addition to new logos and colours, CRKN is launching a redesigned corporate website as well as redesigned websites for Canadiana Online and Héritage (coming soon!). These websites feature an updated look and feel while maintaining the same content and layout as previously, retaining the recognition of the CRKN and Canadiana brands while providing a distinct yet consistent image.
CRKN launches this rebrand in tandem with our 2019-2024 Strategic Plan, with the goal of representing our ambitious expanded mandate. In the coming months, all CRKN and Canadiana materials will be rebranded with new logos, colours, and designs, and we look forward to sharing these with our member and stakeholder communities.
