Danielle Robichaud

Danielle Robichaud (she/her) works in Special Collections & Archives at the University of Waterloo Library. As Digital Archivist she is responsible for the creation, management and use of digitized primary resources, as well as improving the online discoverability of archival holdings. Her professional interests include diversifying historical narratives shared online, challenging status quo attitudes about archival practice, and finding the inner strength to accept digital sunk costs. In 2018 Danielle was awarded the James J. Talman Award by the Archives Association of Ontario for her work related to Wikipedia and the implementation of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada’s Calls to Action.
