Future of Heritage Content Access and Preservation Fees

During this session, members of CRKN’s Finance and Audit Committee together with management will present the updated proposal for an extension of Heritage Content Access and Preservation (HCAP) fees, as we move towards a sustainable future that supports CRKN’s heritage program.
During this session, members of CRKN’s Finance and Audit Committee together with management will present the updated proposal for an extension of Heritage Content Access and Preservation (HCAP) fees through to 2024. Context will be provided both around the costs of supporting the program, and around our goal to seek external sources of revenue. The session will include an update to the proposal based on member feedback. The goal of this session is to provide members with the opportunity for discussion in advance of the member vote on the future of HCAP fees during the Meeting of the Members on October 22.
