Overview
CRKN has been a member of Project COUNTER, “a non-profit organization supported by a global community of library, publisher and vendor members, who contribute to the development of the Code of Practice through working groups and outreach” since 2015.
"COUNTER provides the Code of Practice that enables publishers and vendors to report usage of their electronic resources in a consistent way. This enables libraries to compare data received from different publishers and vendors."
Objectives
Being part of this initiative ensures that members are kept informed about the COUNTER Code of Practice and have the opportunity to participate in shaping the code.
