The CRKN Member Summit and AGM will take place from Tuesday, October 21 to Thursday, October 23, 2025, in Halifax, NS at Hotel Halifax (1990 Barrington St.)
We hope that you will join the CRKN Board, committees, and staff for this opportunity to participate in vital conversations on how we can continue to build a strong future for CRKN and our programs, with the goal of making knowledge accessible to all.
During the Member Summit and AGM, members will learn about important updates to CRKN’s programs and participate in interactive sessions about key priorities. This in-person event will also include the 2025 Ron MacDonald Outstanding Service Award .
Based on feedback from our members, the final day of the event (Thursday, October 23) will be for Directors only. The bulk of that day will be facilitated discussions about our licensing and open access strategy and the day will close with our Annual General Meeting. It is vital that we have as many of our directors in attendance as possible to engage in this crucial discussion and collaborate to determine how we can best meet member needs as we drive the evolution of open knowledge.

Please note that we will be offering one registration rate that covers all three days of the event and a reduced rate for non-directors to attend the first two days.
