Leigh-Ann Butler is the Scholarly Communications Librarian at the University of Ottawa, where she supports the library’s journal publishing services, the institutional repository, and OA investments. Previously, she worked as a policy analyst on open science at the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC). Leigh-Ann is a Research Associate at the ScholCommLab, a Board member of the Library Publishing Coalition, and member of Coalition Publica’s Library User Group. Her research focuses on scholarly communication, open scholarship, bibliometrics, and science policy.
